Land Sale of the Week: $4,322/a in Northeast Arkansas

A listed property in northeastern Arkansas recently sold for a strong price of $4,322 an acre. The 82-acre farm was located west of Keiser in Mississippi County -- south of the Missouri Bootheel.

The property featured 73 tillable acres, 12 acres of which are irrigated and precision leveled. Soils are primarily silty clay.
