Released in its first phase of features, the Sunflower Tillage Technology package is an ISOBUS compatible monitoring technology for the newly released Sunflower 1463 Disk Harrow and 6631 Vertical Tillage machines.
The operator sets parameters for machine levelness and depth, and as it travels through the field, the system monitors levelness fore/aft and side-to-side as well as depth. In addition to those performance parameters, the system keeps track of acre count and service intervals. The electronics package is factory-installed and list price is $3,299.
The 6631 Vertical Tillage Series is built with a heavier frame for better soil penetration and levelness, replacing the 6630 Series. The Series is redesigned with a front gang repositioned for better machine balance. The 6631 Series includes seven models from 20’ 5" to 37’ 5" working widths and feature the exclusive Saber Blade and three finishing attachment options.

It is built with leading weight per ground-engaging blade and 20 degree overlapping front disk angle and full concavity blades. Built for heavy-residue, the machine is built for heavy-duty and to be well-balanced. The series can be outfitted with optional blade spacing and three finishing choices.
