The World Economic Forum (WEF) is meeting in Davos, Switzerland next week, and there are many famous faces that will be in attendance.
This year’s theme, Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World, will focus on reaffirming international cooperation on mutual interests like international security, global economy and the environment.
More than 1,900 private sector leaders will be attending the event, and President Donald Trump will be one of 70 heads of state to attend the gathering in the Swiss Alps.
“Participants are really looking forward to hear the leader of the largest economy in the world, President Trump, share his vision for the global economy moving forward,” said Borge Brende, president of the WEF. “We really care about growth being more inclusive, about skills, about equal opportunities.”
The event runs from Jan. 23-26.
