What Robots Have Taught Us

October 18, 2017 04:53 PM

Considering installing a robotic milking system on your dairy? You won’t want to miss the robotics panel at the 2017 MILK Business Conference. Titled “What Robots Have Taught Us,” the panel which will be moderated by MILK editor Mike Opperman on Tuesday, November 7, will give three producers opportunity to share what they’ve loved, hated and what you need to know about milking cows with robots.

(Register for the 2017 MILK Business Conference November 6-8 in Las Vegas!)

Panelists include:

Brian Houin, Homestead Dairy, Indiana – This is largest robotic dairy in the U.S. They have Lely astronaut robots.

Brian Kielstra, Vyefield Farm, Canada – This Canadian farm milks on a GEA DPQ robotic rotary.

Miguel Aparicio, Agricola Ancali, Chile – The largest robotic dairy in the world. They use Delaval VMS robots.

What better way to learn everything you want to know about robots than to have access to three producers who are all successfully using a different brand robot in a large farm scenario.

The 2017 MILK Business Conference is November 6-8 at the M Resort Spa and Casino in Las Vegas. For more information about the MILK Business Conference and to register please visit www.MILKBusiness.com/events.
