In an effort to guarantee food for its population, Saudi Arabia is buying up U.S. farmland to produce hay to ship back to their domestic dairies. This is according to CNBC and Coordinating Producer Jeff Daniels. The nation has focused its purchases California and Arizona. In addition, other nations are following the Saudi Arabia lead.
