    Biodiesel Vows To Work With Trump Admin To Correct RFS Levels

    The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized its Renewable Fuel Standards (RFS) of how much ethanol and biodiesel may be blended into the gasoline supply.

    Those levels are roughly equal to this year’s numbers, which is sending mixed response around farm country. Corn producers are relieved at a small uptick in renewable fuel requirements, while biodiesel producers say the EPA did not listen to their plea. 

    The cellulosic standard is one area lowered for 2018. Opponents say that side of the industry hasn’t picked up as much as expected.
