Your mother might have told you not to play with your food, but that’s encouraged at the Lunch Box Derby!

Fruits and vegetables are used in the Tennessee 4-H program to race and send a message that nutrition can be exciting.

Charles Denney from the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture shows how you can use the materials in your refrigerator to make a racing machine on AgDay above.
