Meet 3 Entrepreneurial Farmers in Nashville

July 6, 2017 01:00 PM

How can you create a competitive advantage for your farm operation? What niche market can you fill? For farmers—especially young farmers—thinking outside the box can yield great profit potential.

At the 2017 Tomorrow’s Top Producer conference, which runs July 20-21 in Nashville, attendees will hear from three entrepreneurs who are rethinking today’s farm businesses. They include:

Jamie Walter

Jamie Walter, Whiskey Acres, DeKalb, Ill.

Jamie's on-farm distillery transforms the corn grown on his family's row-crop operation into premium spirits such as vodka, whiskey and bourbon.
