Rumors were flying about China possibly buying 3 mmt of corn out of the Pacific Northwest. So far, USDA has not provided evidence of that, but we do now have export numbers from March 1st through March 7th.
The numbers show China was the top buyer of U.S. soybeans during that period, buying 1,707,600 mt of the total 1,911,900 mt sold. South Korea was the top buyer of U.S. corn, and Nigeria was the top buyer of wheat. You can read the full export report here.
