Grains were strong on Tuesday except for spring wheat, positioning ahead of the big USDA Reports and with weather, lower than expected crop conditions and talk of China export business supportive. Livestock had a sluggish day with hogs squaring up before their own report numbers, and cattle brushing off some light cash trade at steady to higher money.
