Grains End Lower on Technical Selling, USDA Projections While Cattle Hit New Highs as Bullish News Continues

Grains ended mostly lower with technical selling after USDA’s annual Ag Outlook Forum. Cattle marked new highs again with tight supplies expected in the Cattle on Feed report, BSE news and strong product values. Hogs were higher except April, with supportive strong cutouts.
