AGCO’s Fendt Launches the New 700 Vario Series

The five models in the 700 Vario Series range from 203 to 283 rated horsepower and are powered by AGCO Power 7.5-liter engines.

With the introduction of the Fendt 700 Vario Series, AGCO offers a larger frame, increased hydraulic capacity and a more efficient powertrain geared with VarioDrive and Fendt iD low engine speed concept.

The five models in the 700 Vario Series spread 80 hp, from 203 to 283 rated horsepower, and all models are powered by AGCO Power 7.5-liter engines.

An extra 20 hp can be provided via the Fendt DynamicPerformance (DP) concept, which is available on the Fendt 728 Vario DP, for extra power not tied to the driving speed or for hydraulic, PTO or three-point applications.

Each new tractor comes with a full warranty — Fendt Gold Star Customer Care — which covers the tractor for 3,000 hours or 36 months and all scheduled maintenance (cost of oil, filters, belts, etc.), a loaner tractor available during any down time and a five-year subscription to Fendt Connect telematics.

Here are eight additional features available as standard or optional on the 700 Vario Series:

  • Optional increased hydraulic pump capacity of up to 58 gpm.
  • Tractor operation using the multifunction joystick and the 3L joystick in FendtONE.
  • An in-cab 10” digital dashboard and a 12” terminal on the armrest as standard. An additional retractable 12” terminal in the headliner is available as an option.
  • Functions include: Fendt Guide™ guidance system, automatic Fendt Section Control (SC) or Fendt Variable Rate Control (VRC).
  • Exclusive Concentric Air System (CAS) cooling designed for low engine speeds, compact construction and fuel efficiency, which is automated according to demand and the company says is extremely quiet and smooth.
  • An optional VarioGrip integrated tire pressure regulation system.
  • FendtONE workstation featuring six seat configurations.
  • Numerous factory-installed tire options are available, including certain front and rear dual tires.
