Complete Combine Family

Patterned after the Class 8 680B combine, Challenger adds two models to its harvesting lineup.

Patterned after the Class 8 680B combine, Challenger adds two models—the 660B, a Class 6 machine, and the 670B, a Class 7 machine—to its harvesting lineup. The combines are powered by Endurance 84CTA, Tier 3 diesel engines. The 660B delivers 300 hp with a power bulge of up to 321 hp, and the 670B boasts 350 hp with a power bulge up to 375 hp. A 300-bu. grain tank is standard; a 350-bu. tank is an option on the 670B. Both models have a 140" rotor with a hydrostatic rotor drive and can unload grain at 4.5 bu. per second. The redesigned grain-handling system has a 12' cross auger to feed the 15' unload auger, eliminating the need for a vertical auger. Eight halogen work lights increase nighttime visibility by 100'.
