Valtra N Series Tractors, Case IH WD 3 Windrowers, Kuhn Merge Maxx Merger, Manitou MHT Telescopic Handler

Lower Horsepower Tractors Extend Series

Valtra’s N Series now offers a broader horsepower range with the addition of the N82 and the N92. Providing 82 hp and 92 hp respectively, these tractors are powered by four-cylinder, 4.4-liter SisuDiesel engines. The design of the two models can be attributed to their lower weight (approximately 400 lb. lighter than other N models); the fuel tank acts as a mid-frame and protects the front axle, reducing weight on the front axle without reducing strength and front-end carrying capacity. Standard features include a hydraulic shuttle and three-step programmable Powershift transmission that features 24 or 36 forward and reverse gears. Automatic four-wheel drive and automatic differential locks can be manually controlled. For more information, contact your Valtra dealer, or visit www.valtra.com.

Windrowers Sport Updated Engines

Case IH launches the WD 3 Series windrowers with Tier 3 compliant engines. The windrowers have upgraded engine oil and hydraulic oil cooling packages and an additional 150-amp alternator for extra lighting and electrical needs. The WD 3 Series features three models ranging from 126 hp to 226 hp and can be matched with a full line of headers, including four sickle head models from 12' to 18', four draper head models from 21' to 36' and three rotary disk models from 13' to 18'. Units with rear axle suspension can be factory or field-installed with an optional rear suspension dampening system. For more information, visit your Case IH dealer or www.caseih.com/na.

Wide Pickup With Gentle Handling

For ideal windrow placement, Kuhn North America introduces the Kuhn 300 Series Merge Maxx merger. The hay tool features a wide pickup and a cross conveyor that can be adjusted for precise windrow placement. Its overall working width is 9'6". The Merge Maxx provides gentle handling, which results in less leaf loss and less contamination from dirt and stones. The merger builds a fluffy windrow for easier harvesting and requires a tractor with a minimum of 50 hp. Telehandler for Rough Terrain

Manitou North America debuts in the U.S. market with the introduction of its MHT 10210 heavy telescopic handler. The forklift has a lift capacity of 46,000 lb. at a 36" load center. The maximum lift height is 31'8", and the highest capacity at that height is 28,600 lb. at a 36" load center. Powered by a 175-hp Tier 3 Mercedes Intercooled Turbo Diesel engine, the telescopic handler also features a hydrostatic transmission and four-wheel drive. The maximum forward reach is 19' with a capacity of 11,000 lb. at a 36" load center. The MHT 10210 telehandler is available with a variety of attachments.
