Three New RoGator Models for 2013

AGCO introduces self-propelled machines with more features than ever

Building on a history of adding new features to solve customers’ problems in the field, AGCO introduces the 2013 models of RoGator self-propelled machines. All three models--the RG900, RG1100 and RG1300—are now capable of being outfitted with one of four boom options from 80’ to 120’ wide as well as a dry spinner box. Every machine includes a one-year service subscription for AgCommand, AGCO’s telemetry system. For additional spray-height accuracy and control, AGCO now offers Norac UC5 Spray Height Control System as an available technology option.

After introducing AGCO Power 8.4-liter Tier 4 interim compliant engines on the machines last year, the company reports 13% less fuel is consumed with the new engines compared with the Tier 3 predecessors. AGCO Power Tier 4 interim engines use SCR (selective catalytic reduction) technology.
Although introduced in 1996, GatorTrak four-wheel steering systems are getting more and more attention due to farmers devoting extra efforts to preserving as much crop as possible. The GatorTrak system provides a tight, 16’ turning radius as the rear axle automatically adjusts to the front axle for coordinated steering, which results in two tracks through the crop instead of four.
