These John Deere 4455 and 4960 tractors, both with a lot of life left in them, were two of 15 pieces of equipment that sold for record prices at a Oct. 28 farm retirement auction in Winchester, Ky. The John Deere 4455 with 3,549 hours sold for $4,000 more than the previous record of $91,000 set in December 2021. The 4960 model with 3,637 hours topped the previous record of $114,000 by a whopping $20,000.
