On Oct. 2, Machinery Pete traveled to Southington, Ohio, for the Chalker’s Auction & Equipment sale that featured a few attention-grabbing sales:

  • 2011 John Deere 6430 Premium with 413 hours and no loader sold for $90,000, only $1,000 shy of the all-time high auction price on this model with no loader.
  • 1991 John Deere 8760 with 5,763 hours sold for $50,000.
  • 1993 John Deere 7800 with 2,859 hours sold for $75,000.
