In its annual contest, AgFunder received 5,000 votes for its Innovation Awards. The winners were announced today at the World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit in San Francisco, CA.

Last year, the awards recognized 23 startups across five categories, which then those winners raised more than $650 million Notably, a 2017 winner Farmer Business Network (also recognized this year) had one of the year’s largest rounds, a $110 million Series D. In 2017 Blue River Technology won the Most Innovative US Startups at Series A and Beyond category, and then in September is was acquired by John Deere.
