CPC 90-Day Forecast: Warmth Will Accelerate Crop Maturity

Above-normal temps expected across key growing areas into harvest.

The National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center (CPC has issued their extended weather forecasts. In its outlook through November, it calls for above-normal temps cross the Plains and Midwest, which if realized, would accelerate crop maturity.
