Ready for a laugh? Australian farmer San Heagney recently shared a video about things you’ll never hear farmers say. Phrases such as:

“I don’t care what it costs, just buy the new part. I know it’s a 45-year-old tractor.”

“Geeze…I love paperwork.”

“It’s Friday, just leave these calves in the year until Monday. It will be alright.”

“The weather forecasters just never get it wrong.”

“My shed is just too big. I can’t find enough stuff to put in it. I should have never built one so big.”

“You got anything with quinoa in it?”

Heagney is the farm manager at South Bunarba Agriculture, which is a family cropping and livestock business operating in the Mungindi District of northern New South Wales and southern Queensland. The operation grows irrigated and dryland crops, including wheat, cotton, barley, chickpeas, mungbeans, sunflowers and sorghum.
