$200 Double Your Money Winner: Handy Moveable Vise
Some projects are too big to fit on our shop bench. So, I made a mobile vise stand with a 6" vise bolted to a 3⁄16" metal plate. The stand is made with 3"x3"x28" square tubing welded to a gear from an old irrigation pivot. It’s easy to move around the shop but also stable for large projects.

Chain Organizer
When you need a chain, you can’t waste time looking for it. So, I built a chain organizer from 21⁄2" square tubing and added caster wheels so it’s easy to move. It holds log chains, load binders, cable come-a-longs, crowbars, digging irons, shovels scrapers and other hard-to-store items.

Hinged Hydraulic Hose Holder
It can be difficult to attach a tillage tool to a tractor if there’s hydraulic pressure in the hoses. Because not all tractors can accommodate pressurized hoses, I built a hinged hydraulic hose holder to help. The operator can slide the coupler into the hinged plate, which helps relieve the pressure before connecting the hydraulic hose to the tractor.
