With Christmas just months away, Classic Tractor Fever has released its 2010 Classic Farm Tractor calendar. Now in its 21st year, the calendar features a different restored tractor every month.
The August page features a 1960 John Deere Model 4010, the best tractor of the 10 Series. Other tractors in this blue ribbon lineup include a 1951 Ford, a 1938 Allis-Chalmers WM Crawler, a 1943 Minneapolis-Moline ZTS, a Mint Green 1959 Oliver 880, a 1960 Chamberlain Canelander, a 1954 Farmall Super M, a rare 1921 Frick 15-28, an ultra-rare 1946 Massey-Harris 101 Senior (Orchard), three 1949 Haas models, a B and two Ds, a 1955 Cockshutt Black Hawk 40, owned by President Eisenhower, and a 1956 Case 500 (Diesel). On the back cover there’s a picture story when IH collectors toured the famous Farmall Plant in Rock Island, Illinois -- driving their tractor down the assembly line where their tractors were made - just days before the abandoned, historic building was demolished.
An accompanying video with the tractors’ stories is also available.
