A Feb. 16 auction in Union Co., SD, saw 65.6 acres sell for $8,050 per acre. The farm was located about two miles south of Alcester. It was 100% tillable and offered a soil PI of 67.9.

Handling the auction was Mark Zomer, Vande Vegte Zomer Auctions, Rock Valley, Iowa 712-470-2526.
