Land Sale of the Week: $6,065/a in Southeast Nebraska

A March 2 auction in Richardson Co., Neb., saw 137 acres sell for $6,065 per acre. The farm was located northeast of Humboldt and featured 135 acres of dryland cropland.

Handling the auction was Bill White, The Austin Company, Milford, Neb., 402-761-3361.
