Dan Shepherd is a corn and soybean farmer in north central Missouri. He row-crops 2,200 acres and harvests pecans on 300 acres. He has also had niche businesses producing and selling warm season grass seed and buffalo meat. Dan and his wife Jan operate a retail shop on the farm.
