30' Forage Header
The Claas Orbis 900 header stretches forage harvesting to 30'—handling 12 rows of a 30"-row crop with a single pass. A V-shaped crop flow funnels the crop smoothly from the head into the forage harvester. Large drums on the end move the crop to the center and create a windrow effect as the crop enters the harvester, resulting in higher chop quality and fuel efficiency. High-Capacity and Advanced Hydraulic Features
The hydraulic-drive, drag auger–style Demco 1350 grain cart provides 1,350-bu. capacity and gives the operator improved grain-unloading visibility with its forward-unloading auger. The 22"-diameter unloading auger extends out and forward 92" ahead of the box. This cart’s patent-pending pendant grip control and hydraulic block allow one remote outlet to perform three cart functions: auger fold, adjustable spout and auger flow gate. Floating Draper Header
Gleaner, Massey Ferguson and Challenger combines can now use the flexible DynaFlex draper header. Available in 30', 35' and 40' lengths, it has a 41"-wide draper conveying system that allows the crop heads to face the same direction, improving crop flow, feeding and threshing. A flexible cutterbar design cuts the crop close to the ground without gouging the soil. The automatic hydraulic header height control uses four potentiometers on the 30' header and six potentiometers on the 35' and 40' headers to relay ground contours to the combine, ensuring the closest cut. Tractor Builds Name on Known Power
Bringing back a brand, New Holland reintroduces the Workmaster line of tractors. The two models provide 45 hp and 55 hp. These utility tractors are powered by four-cylinder New Holland engines. Built with cast-iron axles and boasting more than 2,500 lb. of three-point-hitch lift capacity, the Workmaster line can handle larger implements. The series is also available with a four-wheel-drive axle option. The tractors are geared with an 8×8 transmission.
