The 2024 model year CR combines from new Holland are enhanced for harvesting performance and operator comfort. The CR series features five models: the CR7.80, CR7.90, CR8.90, CR9.90 and CR10.90. (power ratings are the same from previous models years)
Updates include:
- IntelliCruise II now standard on all models
- Two seat options (deluxe or premium full leather)
- Three camera setup (located on the rear deck railing, above the hitch, and on the unload tube, and the live shot can be viewed through the IntelliView display)
- Stone trap sensor
- Additional crops for IntelliSense (harvest automation settings now available for milo and oats)
- New air hose storage location and additional ports
- Factory option for NutriSense analysis and mapping
- Optional second display
“New Holland recognizes the number of hours operators spend in the cab, and the changes we have made to the CR combine portfolio drive comfort and productivity into our customers’ hands,” says Curtis Hillen, combine marketing manager for New Holland Agriculture North America. “By offering comfort, ease of use and more real-time data insights, we aim to equip farmers with the tools they need to succeed in today’s dynamic landscape.”
There is additional standardization of features across select models. For example, CR7.80 and CR7.90 models will be equipped with Dynamic Feed Roll, to provide even crop flow and stone collection in tough conditions. Also, those two models will have an upgraded Dynamic Flow Control rotor vane system for 17” rotors.
To help reduce grain loss, all CR9.90 and CR10.90 models will be equipped with IntelliSense as standard equipment. And even if CR7.80 and CR7.90 models aren’t equipped with the full IntelliSense option from the factory, it can be easily added as those two models will have Grain Cam-ready grain elevators as standard equipment and be easily added on to.
