Land Sale of the Week: $7,675/acre in South-Central Minnesota

Wednesday, March 23, saw the auction of 160 acres in Faribault Co., Minnesota. The farm was located about one mile east of Minnesota Lake and featured 155 total tillable acres. The soils carried a Productivity Index of 89.6.

It was offered in two tracts but sold as a single unit for $7,675.50 per acre. The buyer was an investor with farming ties.
