Blunt: We must set budget priorities

Congress has not passed a budget in over five years. And according to Senator Roy Blunt of Missouri, that means Congress has not set budget priorities for agriculture, defense and other programs in five years. He says the House and Senate must move on a budget this year, if for no other reason than to address the changing priorities of government programs.
