AEM Releases October Sales Report

Retail sales of tractors and combines increase year-to-year.

Compared with sales in October of 2009, data from the same month in 2010 shows positive numbers in all categories reported. Total farm tractor sales increased 20.3% and combine sales increased 24.2% year-to-year.

Year-to-date numbers for the first ten months of 2010 also show growth over 2009. Tractor sales increased 4.1% and combine sales increased 5.7% See the table below for details.
