Pete’s Pick of the Week: Record Tractor Prices in Pennsylvania

Machinery Pete says a farm auction in the northwest part of the state resulted in some impressive winning bids this weekend.

An impressive lineup of tractors sold for strong sale prices on a northwest Pennsylvania farm auction Saturday, March 1, 2014.

Among the notable sales: A 1999 Case IH 8950 (pictured on this page) with 3,325 hours, which sold for a record price of $90,000. That’s up from the previous high of $88,000.
