I enjoy looking ahead...what sales are coming down the pike?

Got my eye on one end of November in southwest Minnesota, a farm retirement auction November 30, 2017 for Tim & Suzanne Milbeck in Dawson, MN. This is an auction by my good friends at Henslin Auctions (http://www.henslinauctions.com).

I will be covering this auction.

Tons of super nice condition equipment on this sale:

But one Tractor in particular caught my eye...the 1993 CaseIH 7120 with 3,659 pre-harvest hours, 2nd owner. Here’s a picture of it:

These sharp, low hour Magnum tractors tend to attract a lot of buyer interest. Lot of love out there for these Magnums. That love really shown through on 2 days in a row back in September 2015 when we saw the 2 highest ever auction sale prices on CaseIH 7120 tractors. First came a 1990 model 7120 with just 1,570 hours on a northeast Michigan farm auction on September 11, 2015. It sold for $69,000...still a record. Here’s a picture of it:

The next day, September 12, 2015, on a farm auction in southwest Minnesota, the 1991 CaseIH 7120 2WD with 2,149 hours pictured below sold for $67,000...record for a 2WD 7120:

If we look more recently, here are the 5 highest auction sale prices on CaseIH 7120 Tractors the past 2 years:

Here’s Youtube video I posted of the 1989 CaseIH 7120 with 3,726 hours selling for $50,000 on the December 14, 2016 farm auction in north-central Ohio...we filmed this auction by The Wendt Group for our Machinery Pete TV show (RFD-TV Saturday 12:30 PM CST):
