Smoking Hot.

That would about describe the intense bidding today (December 6, 2017) on the farm retirement auction for John & Anita Miller in Knox City, MO (northeast Missouri), sale by our friends at Sullivan Auctioneers (http://www.sullivanauctioneers.com). Hottest item on the sale today was the 2010 John Deere 8320R tractor pictured below. It had 1,273 hours, ILS front suspension, PS, 5 hyd., 1000 PTO, duals, HID lighting.

It sold for $195,000.

That is the 3rd highest ever auction sale price on a 2010 model John Deere 8320R and the highest auction price in 38 mo. on a 2010 model. In fact the only (2) 2010 model 8320R’s ever sold higher at auction both sold on the same farm auction, one we filmed for our Machinery Pete TV show in Tampico, IL back on September 17, 2014. That farm sale was by Rick Rediger Auction.
