That small dark-green Rumely OilPull is the first of the Lightweight OilPulls. A new stamped-steel frame replaced the traditional heavy I-beams. Open final drives were eliminated; all gears were enclosed in large cast iron housing. Steering was like an automobile. This smaller OilPull competed with the International 15-30 and John Deere D. It retained its distinctive cooling tower radiator—exhaust ejects through the top of the tower creating a draft that draws air into the tower (no fan needed) to cool oil coolant. It weighed only 5,900 lb. The large OilPull (owner is Iowan Dennis Powers) weighs 25,800 lb. with 10x12 bore and stroke – 30 hp drawbar, 60 hp belt. The E was built from 1911 – 1923 – looked like steamers.
