‘Got Milk?’ goes interactive

By Catherine Merlo

A new “Got Milk?” commercial is not only appearing on TV but also on the Internet, reports the California Milk Processor Board (CMPB).

The 30-second spot, at http://www.gotmilk.com/fun/ads.html, invites people to play an online game called, “Get the Glass” (www.gettheglass.com). Both ad and game are centered around the quest of the Adachi family to find the last glass of milk on earth to cure their multiple ailments.

The new TV/Web spot was developed by longtime CMPB advertising partner Goody, Silverstein and Partners in San Francisco. Since its launch last March, www.gettheglass.com has been viewed by 1.5 million visitors worldwide with more than 10 million page views, CMPB says.
