Smaller = Hotter.

A rough general rule of the used farm machinery market here the past few years. More proof yesterday (July 14, 2018) on a farm auction in Ellsworth, WI by our friends at Maring Auction Co. (http://www.maringauction.com). They sold a very sharp John Deere 1750 6-row planter in like new condition, very low use. Here’s a picture of it:

It sold for $30,000.

How high is $30K? That is the 5th highest auction price I’ve seen on a John Deere 1750 6-row planter and the highest auction price in 27 mo. Here’s a look at the Top 10 highest auction prices on 1750 6-rows:

Highest Auction Prices on John Deere 1750 6-Row Planters

So if you’re looking to sell...advertise in Wisconsin or Ohio.
