Record tying sale price yesterday (September 22, 2018) on a farm auction in Catalia, IA on a super sharp 1982 Allis Chalmers 6080, 2WD, with only 800 hours on it. Here’s a picture of it...might want to put a bib on first to catch the drool:

It sold for $26,000. The sale yesterday was by my good friends at Sweeney Auction Service (http://www.sweeneyauctionservice.com).

That sale price ties the highest auction price I’ve ever seen on an Allis Chalmers 6080. Here’s a look into our Machinery Pete auction sale price data at the Top 10 highest ever sale prices.
