Quite a line up of classic red tractors went up for sale Saturday (August 5, 2017) in Alta, IA on a collector auction. The sale was put on by my friends at the Iowa Auction Group (http://www.iowaauctiongroup.com).

The IHC 1456 Wheatland sold for $33,000 is the 2nd highest auction I’ve ever seen on a 1456. The only higher price 1456 was a rare Gold Demonstrator that had been restored sold for $40,000 on a 9/12/15 farm auction in southeast Minnesota.
