You could tell by looking at this 20 year old combine that it very well could sell high on today’s (October 8, 2018) farm auction in Spencerville, Ontario. It was a John Deere 9410 Maximizer with 2,520 engine hours. Here’s a picture of it:

$89,000 CAD was the final sale price, which converted in US dollars = $68,530 at today’s Canadian to US dollar exchange rate of .77. $68,530 is in fact the highest auction sale price on a John Deere 9410 combine in very nearly 6 years. Had to go back to November 8, 2012 on a farm auction in Dodge, Neb. to find a higher sale price...$80,000 for that 1998 model 9410 with only 1,850 engine hours.
